The problem is they refuse to just say so - for seemingly no reason at all.

imPDA✭✭✭Looks like everything being said about Vengeance and PvP situation in general made Q&A be delayed finding better wordings. We were told, unlocalized version should be ready by 7th of November and localized over 2 weeks after it, by 21st of November, and it is now almost 3 weeks later this date, are my calculations correct?
