Depends how you look at it. For me this boss being cheesable is a direct result of the devs not caring enough to even test the boss, make sure the mechanics work, make sure any of it works. They just slapped it in, and hit the on switch. The quality of ESO is going down each content patch.

Kill the blob that spawns together with the wall. It will leave a safe zone upon death. Simply stand inside it and the wall will do no damage to you.
