Can't stay logged in. Anyone Else?

Normally I play PC-EU, and some PC-NA. Logged in, collected rewards, tried to get to Solstice, Error 103. There is no outage or maintenance, so possibly too many players. Tried to log in again, Error 307, try again in 20 minutes.
Tried in NA, where I was already in Solstice. Got thrown out with Error 103 before I could even look at Writhing Wall progress.
Anyone else having trouble staying logged in?
