Even if you never rp at all, PLEASE have the decency to make a character name that doesn't offend roleplayers, ie not a *** or lame one. or others I've seen in only 30 mins gaming 'xxmeyy' 'ilovedonutsme' 'billylolz' and 'pizzasrgreat'

If you don't want to rp ever, thats fine but FFS have a name that doesn't make a mockery of the game for others.

tbh I expected as much when there was no rp specific servers and I know for a fact it won't change. needless to say once my 30 days are up, I'm going back to my UO shard.

A good roleplayer would find how peculiar the names of the locals were in this part of Tamriel, instead of belly-aching about how everyone isn't conforming to a roleplay ***-Germany.

According to you, everyone should be named like Jayce Farstrider or Gandawlf teh Gary, but 'Sir Wigglebottom' or 'Lord *** of the Nines' is way better.

I don't know Just4Loolz sounds Argonian to me. =P In all seriousness, while some leet speak names are annoying, they are enforcing naming policies on actual offensive names. As far as people not naming characters that go with the lore of eso, that would be game killing to enforce. You have gamers that play multiple games and use the same name across multiple games. Having to find new names that fit the race and lore of a new game you are playing would turn off the mainstream players. And just to be clear RP is not mainstream play, if it was rp servers in any game wouldn't be among the least populated.

I still say names are what they are, rp or not. Your name. I don't go around in real life and say your name offends me.

Ocho Cinco, Artist formerly known as Prince, Puff Daddy and his names, 50 cent..... it goes on. Names I don't consider names but they obviously do.

It's not for me to say, nor is it for a game to say. Other than obscenities or other racial/religious types deemed by the game company as offensive.
