Why are they all on the other side of the map? I've checked on 5 characters and all their quests are on the Eastern side.

✭✭✭✭✭PTS for U48 started in phase 3, so with the other side accessible. We didn’t get to test U48 with the wall still up.
Then again, there were very few testers this cycle because of very few changes, and nobody really goes to test menial dailies.
With these quests inaccessible, and half of the Bolgrul dailies uncompletable because the boss is on vacation, and the antiquities being stuck out, It’s almost like ZOS expects us to do nothing but grinding the wall until it’s down. This was clearly not thought through at all7
