Inventory fix.

Add risk vs reward to loot spam. Sneaking should be a skill like it used to be. Stealing should be a crime like it used to be.

See the pattern? If you really need that thin broth, go for it, but you might end up in jail or rexspawning at a shrine.

This would make the game more fun and inventory issues wouldn't exist for low level characters like they do now.

The current amount of loot spam makes loot seem unimportant and inventory management feel more like a cheap gimmicky money sink.

There's a plan to add stealing and a "justice system" in an early content patch, so you're in luck ;)

Won't stop the inventory issue though. It's not like your Oblivion or Skyrim character didn't STILL have a backpack full of junk ;) Outdoor barrels chests and bags have always been fair game, not to mention containers in dungeons.

Simple fix: don't open em if you don't want the contents. :p Provisioning is the main culprit, and it doesn't take long to learn which containers will ONLY ever contain food.

I played Morrowind on pc when it first released. If you got caught stealing you often had to fight the owner npc.

In an MMO setting this could have some pretty significant consequences. I'm certain players would be more discriminant about looting in general if the risks were appropriately high.

You could get locked out of certain quest chains etc. until you made some sort of retribution.

Obviously the developers could very easily increase the spawn timer on crates etc.
