Blood magic passive

Please remove the shrinking and growing maximum magic or maximum stamina. It really messes around with the game's latency. I've always avoided gear setups that deal with this specifically for this issue. I don't know how it is on PC, but on console it causes severe latency issues in game crashes when done at successive rates. I have not tested this out with the blood magic passive but I know it's going to cause issues once I equip that skill line again. I really don't want to be playing a game where skill builds are determined by latency issues. When you cast a Dark Magic ability with a cost, you heal for 1600 Health if you are not at full Health. This portion of the ability scales off your Max Health. If your Health is full, the higher of" your Max Magicka or Stamina is increased by 10%" (This bit right here) for 10 .seconds.

Please consider replacing it with something else. It's just it's clear to me that the game has never been designed with a growing and shrinking resource pool, whether that be health or stamina to a degree that's a rapid succession.
