How long have I been missing the Hollow Jack haunted trails?

I have been playing since the Morrowind release. I just noticed this aspect of the event. How long have I been missing this? All 10 years?!

In any case, I really like the haunted trails Zeni level designers created for us. I go to first-person camera and slowly stroll down each one. It's really nice.

And I guess I survived the boss first time without knowing anything because I went in with my stamina regen Redguard. Good luck, I guess.

And now I finally realize why there is motif related to Hollow Jack. So this quest has been there the entire time? Oh boy, how did I miss it?
