It's been a while since I've seen these on my map and was wondering if someone could tell me what they signify please?

✭✭It's related to the ongoing event. The delves/public dungeons marked blue are invaded by the daedra forces. So, you will see daedra mobs that are normally not there and also some of the bosses replaced with tougher daedra marshals. This will end when the even is over (in about a month or so probably).1
