Character failed to load back in to the game world after leaving an area

Hello I have a game breaking bug here
as I exit Emberflint mine my character was didn't load this meant I was unable to move about the world as normal, I tried using /stuck but all that did was killed me
Picture one me using the /stuck, not corpse on the floor
Picture two standing with camera as far it can go
I need help in fixing this error I tried reloging and /stuck
