Tobyja✭✭✭✭✭Niss'wo Sacramental Wraps for Gaze of Sithis i get from Chaphyus in the Forgotten Crypts (public dungeon, Deshaan) and Cracked Dwarven Gear Shafts for the Ebon Dwarven Wolf from Croebous in Avanchnzel (delve, Rift).
