Sanguine’s Demense spawning Field Generals

So, I’m leveling and currently just entered Shadowfen and I try and do the achievement for Sanguine’s Demense Conqueror but two of the bosses seem to be Field generals instead!?!?
I tried to look up one of them and saw it’s tied to whatever the current event going on is, I guess. I don’t have anything past gold road. Is this a bug that they are spawning here? I managed to kill one, somehow, and a different field general spawned in its place.
Will this achievement be unobtainable while this event is ongoing as the regular bosses aren’t seeming to be spawned?

✭✭✭✭✭Some delves and dungeons are currently marked with a blue glow on the map. In those, the usual bosses are substituted by event bosses right now - for as long how the event will last, which isn't exactly clear. Maybe about a month.@Syldras | PC | EU
