Writhing Wall quests need Auto Turn-in / Auto Repeat options

The worst part of doing these quests for me is the constant running back and forth. It would take away a lot of the tedium if there was an Auto Turn-in on completion, and an Auto Repeat option to do the quest again. I know I would participate more if we had something like this.
