PvP BG Queue Never Pops

I'm trying to queue for the BGs with my buddy. We sit in queue endlessly. We got to 1 hour twice yesterday. It literally never pops, haven't got it to pop in over a week now queuing at different times. Can you guys look into this? I don't understand how 2 dudes can't play the game.

If we queue separately, we both get in within 5 minutes..something is completely broken.

Are you queueing for 4v4 group or 8v8 group? There are a couple of possibilites, if 4v4 perhaps all the slots are taken by 4 man groups leaving no matches for 2 ppl plus 2 solos. I myself never que solo for group content. If queueing for 8v8 group as a duo... does anyone play 8v8 group? Not really sure how 8v8 group even works, would you need to actually be grouped with 8 ppl or would 4 duos get matched together? You get the idea. Ive never seen anyone talk about playing 8v8 group, ever. I cant imagine that que gets a lot of action, a lot of the time even 8v8 solo is short a person these days, finding 8 ppl willing to group up and play a battleground against 8 other ppl willing to group up seems... optimistic. Maybe try recruiting 2 more ppl and queing up as a four man team and see if that makes it pop. Good luck!
