Unable to connect to server

For a little while now this evening, I have been unable to connect to the server. Has anyone else had this issue? "Could Not Load News" on launcher, and instant "Connection to server timed out" on title screen.

After update 46 I get each of these error messages. I found if I start eso64.exe, and wait a minute, I can log in fine, only the news is still not there. No other app I use has any network issues, just ESO.

I did follow the ESO support post for error 200, on how to open ports up, it had no affect on server connection timeout.

I cannot seem to log in at all right now, I just keep getting login errors.

It now keeps giving me "your username or password may be wrong or inactive" error over and over, even though i checked like 50 times and there's nothing wrong on my side.

Same for me, can't login to PC EU.
Closing down the game and launcher makes no difference still getting the same error.

I can't login with account that was originally steam purchase, but can with non-steam acc. And steam friends is down for me atm.

I also can't login to Steam for some reason, wonder if these issues are related (my ESO account is from Bethesda).

Servers seem to be unstable tonight, I was doing vBRP with a stream team member and we both d/c and couldn't login for like 2-5 mins. Getting weird lag spikes and a second d/c later in the night after taking a break to play some indie game gems.

This is PC-NA btw.

Yeah, dropping connection here too. Non-Steam account. Can get to the character selection screen but can't progress further without it disconnecting.

The game freezes up when I try to login, and it goes completely black when I try to close ESO down by other means. Nothing helped except for force shutting and restarting the PC. I don't understand how ESO can completely force you to force restart the PC.

I can login to EU-server just fine, but it's PC NA-server that I can't login to.

Total gaslighting, telling me to check if I have a valid internet connection...the issue is not on my end PC/NA.

They should really add another error message to these server issues. This specific error occurred today, made me almost change my password.
But i saw this topic before going to website and said it is another server issue i guess.
