Urgarlag has multiple voice actors?

I noticed this a long time ago but just wanted to see if anyone else noticed, Urgarlag Chief-bane's dialogue for later dungeon DLCs has a different voice actress from her standard dialogue/early dungeon DLC dialogue. Both performances are fine but the difference between the two always throws me off hahaha, I don't mind it tho since it reminds me of the beggars with randomly changing voices going from cockney to american-ish when you asked them rumors in OG TES IV Oblivion, has that goofy TES charm. I don't blame the game for having to recast due to constant dungeon dlcs getting released between 2015 to 2025

@ZOS_BeckyIchnoski Just wanted to ask but is it actually two different voice actresses? Would you be able to tell us who has voiced Urgarlag? Thank you

The battleground Dunmer guy also has multiple voices. There was one time where he changed actors 3 times in a row when I was speaking to him. It's fun haha.

I've noticed sometimes NPCs have an "atmosphere" line (spoken when your character is near) but when you talk to them the voice is completely different. And yes, I'm sure it's the same NPC.

Maybe some weirdness with the choice of voice in the text-to-speech routines between different types of dialogue? (I don't think they record specific audio for all NPC atmosphere lines at least, and would question some of the other types of dialogue outside of major characters/quest givers).

The ambient lines are usually race determined afaik. If I load in right next to Leramil, she will sometimes say, "The Summerset Isles are abuzz with the name Valaste", even though she's supposed to say, "Ah, there you are, etc etc". And those two lines sound so different, it's amusing.

Hey there! Urgarlag has always had the same voice actor. Naturally, after a decade of recording, her performance may shift a bit from session to session, but it's consistently her.

Thank you for responding! That's interesting to know, completely understandable that it'd change up a bit over the years

Norianwe had the same issue back when we were still doing the "Gates of Adamant" tutorial. When they first did the tutorial, the voice actor had a set of lines for each of the expansions (Morrowind through Blackwood) and the three alliance zones that were recorded at the same time. They brought the same actor back for High Isle, Necrom, and Gold Road, but you could tell they were done at different times. The actor did a fine job, but you could hear differences in the audio.
I'm fresh out of outrage, but I could muster up some amused annoyance if required.
