Direfrost Keep quest bug

We have been running lots of DFK with low-level characters these days, who never done the quest, and there's a MAJOR problem with it in the stage where you need to kill three strictly quest bosses. If anyone doesn't land enough damage on ANY of those bosses (not in general), quest does not advance for them:

✭Direfrost is a hot mess for the quest right now. If someone who is NOT on the quest interacts with speaking stones it also bugs it out. I suspect the same thing is happening with the bosses.0
