NPC facial animation (one eye more closed than the other)

Recently I started to notice that a lot of NPC's (especially redguard women) have one of their eyes more closed than the other. It makes them look like a stroke survivor :|

According to google this is a rendering issue. Is there something on my side I can do to fix this? Or should I wait for a fix?

Am I really the only one with this bug?

Seems to be fixed by installing newest Nvidia drivers (and checking clean installation).

    Nevermind. Still happening.

Is it all NPCs or just some of them?

I went around looking at a lot of NPCs on the street and Merchant NPCs, and spoke with the ones I could, but I never saw that.

It's one of the NPC "emotions".

If you look at the pictures all their mouths have a slight smile/resting face. So it just happens on this one specific emotion animation (when they're done talking).

I think that's "intended" with the npc's emotes, but the issue where that eye on Khajiit clips through the lid is still there too! (See Ember. It's been an issue since launch and it's on Ember lol).
