Those potion kits can contain invisibility potion to make you less noticeable. It's a main reward from that option alongside edicts. The poisons option may contain those but also may contain ingredients or alliance pots.

Except just put them in the dang *potion* section.
For one skill point each you can get the "Shadowy Supplier" who will give you a free selection of three categories to choose from every day in any Outlaws Refuge, and you can also get "Shadow Rider" which will reduce your aggro radius by 50 percent (it's like being stealthed from mobs while mounted).
These are among the best single skill points that you can spend. Six and a half years ago when I started playing Elder Scrolls Online, I started with Thieves Guild and the Dark Brotherhood skill lines for my Nightblade and I highly recommend completing both of those skill lines for everyone. "Blade of Woe" is an essentially useful skill.
And do not forget the Legerdemain skill line for the many other useful skills. You will be able to force open treasure chests with a single click and pickpocket with ease.
