No Sign In button for desktop version + freeze issue

So I'm having a problem with ESO that literally just started about two hours ago and have never had happen before. Alt+tabbing out is causing my game to lock up (though audio is still playing and it seems to be running, just...frozen visually). It started happening randomly on both my ESO store account and my Epic Store account at the same time. Once it happens, launching results in it immediately freezing. It's acting like I'm trying to swap between screen modes every time I alt+tab to and from. Just started doing this out of nowhere, no settings changed or anything, was just trying to get on my alt account to port to my main to unlock the Seekers Archive Wayshrine (and have had 0 issues multiboxing before this).
Reinstalling fixed it for the ESO store version and then it started doing it again as soon as I alt+tabbed. Haven't tried reinstalling the Epic version to see if it's working again, and am currently trying a Repair on the ESO store version.
I have a video of it and wanted to post about the matter with said video...but on my laptop there's no Sign In button anywhere, so yay, another problem >__<.
ETA that I also have no buttons for posting a new thread on my laptop either.
