Containers Issue

Had a few container issues in Direfrost Keep today. Reported in game though posting here too in case it is not just me.
Ran the dungeon with a friend and we killed the final boss. Went to my inventory and saw the purple event box in there. When I tried to open it though it just vanished from my inventory and I didn't get anything from it. My inventory wasn't even half full so not that sort of an issue.
While I am trying to figure out what happened my friend pointed out that the second dungeon chest was there. I went to loot it and there was nothing inside other than gold. Never seen that in a dungeon before which was a bit odd.
Then my friend found the second heavy sack too except that was completely invisible to me and not where they were telling me they could see it.
So three separate containers all with different issues in the same dungeon.
