I lost my tickets due to error 307!!!

As the title says, I was at the last boss of City of Ashes and got DC'd by the boss with just over 200k HP. I tried to return to the game and it kept giving me error 307. I managed to return almost 5 minutes later because of the constant error. When I returned, the stance was already closed because the group owner disbanded. Okay, just do another dungeon, right? Wrong! I queued up, completed the dungeon, and got a purple box and no tickets. So I thought, "I'll do another City of Ashes, just in case it's there at the last boss... Wrong again! I completed another City of Ashes and got another purple box and no tickets!!!! This is extremely frustrating. I didn't get my gold box or the tickets that were counted towards completing the available collectible.
