This is probably a stupid question that has been answered repeatedly, but I've been thinking about it a lot lately. Why aren't there Skill/Attribute respec shrines in Cyrodiil?

StihlReign✭✭✭✭✭Not sure, but the additions at the gate look horrible on ADs side. It looks like someone without a care in the world just tossed the 'new' tables in and walked away. It would be nice if they shrunk the massive gaudy blue crystal about 10 sizes and used the empty spaces under the current crafting awning..."O divine art of subtlety and secrecy!
