Server connection timeout on login (both EU and NA)

It was working yesterday evening, today it is not.

And I don't know how to troubleshoot this issue (no addresses, ports, protocols).

Have you banned my IP?

I tried to use non-steam version, but it has some other issue: 201 Login Failed.
