Permanent Gorgoloch sound effects and more

I like Gorgoloch head and shoulders for flag defense in Imperial City, but after wearing it this weekend, both the animation (a gray set of shoulders and breast plate) and sound effect (a boom boom boom with character movement) are now a permanent part of my character. I've removed not only the head and shoulders, but all other armor, weapons and jewelry. I've /reloadui multiple times. I've restarted the game. I've visited the armory and loaded a new armor set. I've removed all add-ons. I've stripped her down to her underwear. Nothing has worked. The sound effects and animation have stuck to the character since Saturday evening, even when I equip a different head and shoulders.

BUT ... I was so distracted by the sound effect that I didn't that I also had a permanent buff even though the character is not wearing the head and shoulders. Crit resist is 3400 with no armor on at all.

I've contacted the help desk to try and get this fixed. They want me to send a video of the character. I can't do that for a variety of reasons, including no way of getting a video from my Playstation to my antiquated PC. Looks like I'll be stuck with the sound effects for a while. And the buff.
