It's been all kinds of chaos like that since u47. Walls that don't look repaired, even worse, walls that DO look repaired but are nearly collapsed! Phantom doors. And of course, the old postern towers that actually don't exists and are just the wrong LoD being displayed (which is even weirder when you consider that they were supposed to have removed all the old unused art assets years ago in that one big update to reduce the file size).

Ehh doors don't matter, you can jump into most keeps with your mount anyways.
