Character has permanent Gorgoloch sound effects and animation

I like the head and shoulders for flag defense in Imperial City, but after wearing it this weekend, both the animation (a gray set of shoulders and breast plate) and sound effect (a boom boom boom with character movement) are now a permanent part of my character. I've removed not only the head and shoulders, but all other armor, weapons and jewelry. I've /reloadui multiple times. I've restarted the game. I've visited the armory and loaded a new armor set. I've stripped her down to her underwear. Nothing has worked. The sound effects and animation have stuck to the character since Saturday evening.

I'm on a PS5/NA.

Yikes, so that sound is just constantly repeating or what? Is it still the loudest thing around? I made a post years ago

Yes, constantly repeating, but only on that character. I have 19 characters on the NA server. That's the only one with the issue.
