PvP rewards are gonna be PvP rewards and no amount of stamping your foot and demanding you get what you want without doing the necessary tasks to get it is gonna change that.
[edited for baiting]
not sure if you got my point, its 1 zone out of 44, i dont mind about cyro, i have friends, doing pvp and i support them, its ok to me, but icant ask them to escort me while fishing in the IC. thats why i said do a "leave me alone" mode or get this zone out from the achievement, if there would be 20 zones in pvp to get this boat i wouldnt do it.
got it?
and additional: how much gold and mats do you have?
as i said: ive got enough gold and mats to support friends, but pve or housing is a bit different from pvp

(The PvE content in Cyrodiil is rubbish and shouldn't be there).

But that not a solo game so removing something you do not enjoy from the achievement would affect literally every other player. My IC angler was quite a fun time personally and made me some stories to share later with guildies etc. unlike Cyro where I've met zero resistance or any engagement.
Also every "DND mode" player would take a spot in Cyro's population count which is highly limited currently and each of those would have an obvious effect on alliance balance overall. Can already imagine some 20-30 people guild going for a skyshard run occupying literally half the alliance's spots leaving pvpers outside whilst keeps getting flipped.

im a sister and no ja'khajiit anymorei dont mind about fishing as others do. but fishing requires some skills like patience, but it doesnt require pvp. yes by design and i understand that ZOS wants to make money, but why do they annoy people in that way? im not interested in playing tribute, so i dont do these achievements. the boat from kynes aegis ive got, and i buy at crown network housing items for gold. i dont mind to check urns or do dailies, got 91% of furnishing plans and bought a plan for 10 mio also. i dont mind about farming for furnishing mats. fishing there are 2 pvp zones out of 44 if i counted right, are the 5% necessary? if it would be the half or more id say i dont need it
You understand the game isn't about you and what you want, right? There are millions of other people playing this game, many of who play and enjoy PvP. It's frustrating that some content is a reward for activities you don't want to do but no offense, it's fishing. Many, many other achievements with desirable rewards are locked behind difficult PvE content a lot of people don't want to do; that's why carries exist. Pay a small PvP group to escort you for your fishing? Take the advice of the people in this thread, since fishing in PvP zones is usually pretty easy?
I should start a thread about making trial mounts available for tel var since I'm personally not interested in doing trials and don't want to waste my time slogging through robot mechanics and overstimulating arcanist/templar laser show.
and: if i want to play pvp then i buy or use counter strike, whatever, eso isnt just for pvp.
and: do pvp content, i dont mind about that, its ok, as i said i know some pvp player i support with gold or mats.
and, at last: " the game isn't about you and what you want, right? There are millions of other people playing this game, many of who play and enjoy PvP. "
eso got its credits not from pvp but from skyrim, oblivion, morrowind, daggerfall and arena, but maybe you are to young to know

In the time you have taken to reply to this thread, you could have gotten the IC fishing achievement, even if you got killed a couple of times while doing it.
People have given you helpful tips to make it easier, too.
If you go there and are killed while fishing, what is the problem? You can respawn at the base, go to a different district and continue fishing there, as all fish a foul fish.

today was maintenance on the european server, i dont need to justfy when and how long im in this chat.i usr the time for logging, and as i said: i can do the achievement at 2 or 3 in the morning my time
AND: im interested in catching the fish and not get killed permanently, cause of some sick gankers or groups from another alliance. im not interested in pvp and again: this is 1 zone of 44 though ive got the master angler years ago
is it possible to establish a "leave me alone" mode for people, who arent interested in PVP but have to go to cyro or the IC, example because of fishing, or do scouting quests during midyear mayhem, just for the event tickets?
I mean a mode where you cant attack other players or NPc's (in the IC i dont need to collect tel var stones, but fishing) and you cant be attacked by other players or NPC's?

They could do like a seperate server for it. Like this server only is the DND server

I went to IC to do the dailies today and I got killed once by a player and once by the mobs because I wasn't paying attention. And that's with running around all over each district to complete the quest objectives. If I had gone there for fishing, I likely wouldn't have died at all. I did run into people from other alliances who were also questing and we left each other alone, but at one point there was a group of DC players that I tried to stay away from as groups can be a bit chaotic.
Again, if you are fishing in IC and someone kills you, respawn at the base and go to a different district and continue fishing.
You would have to be very unlucky to be killed repeatedly, especially if you are being stealthy while fishing.
Would you like company? I have a character on the EU server, though I'm not sure how much bait I have there.
