[Housing] Ancient Sandstone, why? Please balance and unify housing material costs

I try to start with something nice to say, so: it's WONDERFUL that the Colovian style did not introduce a new style material requirement that you have to grind or beggar yourself for. But sadly, nothing has still been done to address the problem that is the outrageous material requirement of the Fargrave style furnishings.

The steep Ancient Sandstone cost seems to me like something that was introduced as a resource sink, to help us get rid of all those basegame trial mats that we had no use for. And/or perhaps to introduce an element of scarcity, making this style intentionally a bit costly and less frequently seen. Both motivations make sense in a way, but the execution is lacking. Other Daedric styles are not as expensive: Deadlands items only need Daedra Hearts which are trivial to come by, and the drops of the Mora eyes were adjusted (I think?) and at least you only need one of those per crafted furniture piece.

So I am asking: please at least bring the sandstone requirement down to one per piece, as it is with every other style. And better yet, balance the style mat costs throughout, and preferably do not take them upwards in the process. Thanks for reading.

Yes, 12 per item is an outlier. This is the reason I hardly ever consider Fargrave furnishings for my builds even though I very much like them. The cost is too prohibitive.
