Alot of bugs in Cyrodil and IC
I was playing in greyhost cyrodil campaign and got a bug where i had the shackle synergy infinitely. I had to leave the zone to get rid of the synergy. It functioned as normal and restored resources...I assume i got the bug from fighting a ball group.
Also this dude who can levitate at will apparently
