[Suggestion] Standardized Research Timers

I had a thought, what could it look like if we standardized the timing for trait research the same way the horse training is now.
My goal: Keep the same approximate time for the time it takes to research, with the same approximate benefit for any time reductions to the 9th trait and have the day tick down at server reset just like horse training currently does.

Current research time without any reductions:
1st trait: 6 hours
2nd trait: 12 hours
3rd trait: 24 hours (1 day)
4th trait: 48 hours (2 days)
5th trait: 96 hours (4 days)
6th trait: 192 hours (8 days)
7th trait: 384 hours (16 days)
8th trait: 768 hours (32 days)
9th trait: 1,536 hours (64 days)

Proposed Day system

1st trait: 1 research day
2nd trait: 2 research days
3rd trait: 3 research days
4th trait: 5 research days
5th trait: 8 research days
6th trait: 12 research days
7th trait: 20 research days
8th trait: 33 research days
9th trait: 64 research days

For time reductions, instead of percentages, there would be flat day reductions, which would potentially mean instant research times for cases of lower number of traits researched while also having more perks reducing time.

ESO+ gives an extra 2 days of research time reduction.
Passives subtract fixed days (minimum 0), with Rank 4 capping the 9th trait at 30 days:
Rank 1: No subtraction; 2 slots (not Jewelry Crafting).
Rank 2: Subtract 2 days per trait.
Rank 3: Subtract 4 days per trait.
Rank 4: Subtract 5 days per trait; 9th capped at 30 days.

For the current system the total research time would be as follows:
No reductions: ~127.75 days
Rank 4 passives: ~77.81 days
Rank 4 + ESO Plus: ~70.03 days

For the new system the totals would be as follows
Base: 148 research days
Rank 4: 83 research days
Rank 4 + ESO Plus: 73 research days

So the end results in just a little longer total time, with some quick bonuses initially if you get your reduction perks quickly or have ESO plus.

What are your thoughts on this? What adjustments woujld you suggest?

    It would be very nice to have research timers fixed to the daily reset. I'm more or less at 6 traits and still having to log in two or three times a day on occasion to start new research going, so it would be a big QoL improvement (especially for newer players) to be able to do everything at once and fully commit to the daily timer. This seems as good a solution as any for that
