BG queue needs to respect the healer role

Playing a BG in a team without a healer vs an opponent team with a healer is an almost guaranteed loss and waste of time if the players' skill are roughly on a similar level. Especially in 4v4, a healer makes a GIANT difference. Yet the queue system never respects the role, in all my matches either there's no healer, or only one team has a healer (what's funny is that I remember MORE matches in which my team had 2 healers and opponent had 0, than matches in which there was 1 healer per team).
