Lag is so bad on Xbox Na it's unplayable pvp

I'm not sure what's going on but skills are taking on average 3 to 4 seconds to cast after update ( feels like 2019 again). Jump and roll Dodge work perfectly fine blocking is a different story though. Whole lobby is talking about it.
Tested connection speed all good there
Just wondering if anybody else getting significant lag spikes after update Xbox or PC cuz I haven't logged on to the PC account in a couple days maybe I should just to check it out. Could just be an Xbox issue not zos issue.

LootAllTheStuff✭✭✭✭Lag in the game? I'm still waiting for the update to finish downloading. XB-NA, 2.5 hours and counting, still only 90%, and that's on fibre-to-the-home. It's never been this painful for me before.
Today just might be a complete write-off game-wise...0
