HDR settings on PS have UI brightness completely saturated

Today's update drastically changed the HDR UI brightness compared to last patch. I've always had issues with the brightness but turning down the HDR UI brightness to minimum was not too bad. Now everything is super saturated.

Here are some examples:














I now have to adjust the HDR UI contrast drastically to be able to turn the brightness down to something similar to what it was before.








Note that even with that stepping outside of the crafting building into the direct sunlight causes the arrows to become brighter than when I was inside the building:







The strange thing is that I have to turn the HDR UI Contrast up in order to minimize the brightness, that seems backwards to me. Were these changes intentional?

I can confirm that this issue which I'd reported for the PC release of U47 was, in fact, corrected with Incremental 1 on pc (so thank you!)
