Bethesda.net add-on settings overwriting Console Add-ons

ETA 2: All these problems were caused by what I had saved in my Library on Mods.Bethesda.net. I had just been playing with that website to see what was available, I had no idea it would affect what was installed in-game. And prior to U47, it didn't.

I have now cleared everything out of my library and bookmarks on mods.bethesda.net. But my (totally unnecessary) game re-install has yet to finish so I can't confirm 100% yet. This has been exceptionally frustrating. So much so I suspect I will cease messing with add-ons, and cease being a resource for my guildmates and friends.

ETA: Updating as I find more issues.
I have two accounts, one with ESO+/Playstation+ and one without. Because cloud-save requires PS+, this No+ account doesn't save data (including add-on settings) to the cloud.
Before this morning's update, I hadn't changed my add-on settings for a week or two.

I logged into the No ESO+ account first today after the U47 update and my add-ons were fine. But as soon as I logged into the ESO+/PS+ account, my add-ons were messed up.
Specifically, an add-on I have installed in the past, but did NOT have installed yesterday, was installed and enabled. (MemoryUsage).
In addition, two add-ons I have NEVER purposely installed was indeed installed and enabled. (Tamrielic Build Archivist and Circular Votan's Mini Map. I do have the square version of the min-map installed.)

And under Options -> Add-ons -> Installed Add-ons, add-ons I have used in the past but am not using now are listed. "Installed add-ons" should only list currently installed add-ons, right? Not every add-on we've ever tried?

I also had some incorrect libraries, but I suspect that is because I hadn't updated any add-ons in a week or two.

I did not manually download or upload my saved data. What the playstation did, it's not confessing. :D

This seems like it be a one-number-off bug?
No harm done, it took me a few minutes to track it all down, but all good now.

In addition, I'm uninstalling the unwanted add-ons from the character screen, so that should take care of the issue for the entire account, yes?
But that is not being saved between characters. Each new character I log into still has MemoryUsage taking up screen room. I hope I don't have to uninstall them on all 17 characters!?!

oh, right. Closing and re-launching the game should fix this.

    It did not.

You can't play ESO at all without PS+. If you have mutiple accounts on the same console, they all share the benefits of PS+.

Ok, this is getting ridiculous. I uninstalled every add-on and library. I closed the game. I deleted the saved data on the console. I deleted the saved data on the cloud. I deleted the console cache. I rebuild the database. I double-checked all my saved data was gone. I've unbookmarked every add-on on the Bethesda page.

When I first launched ESO, without even logging in, I have all these add-ons I've never purposely installed REINSTALLED.

Uninstalling the game to see if THAT will fix it.

    @ZOS_Icy @ZOS_Kevin @ZOS_GinaBruno Can I get an acknowledgement that you've seen this?

As well as removing bookmark check that you have removed from the library on the site

[snip]. That's where Tamrielic Build Archivist and Circular Mini-map came from. Sure glad I just spent 2 hours re-installing the game. The add-ons saved in the library on the Bethesda site did not affect my installed add-ons pre-U47. I never would have found it.

    Thanks, @fizl101

I noticed that if you select the Browse Addons page and click fast on the R1 to get to the Installed Addons, the Browse page will show up instead. Could that be what happened?

EDIT: nevermind I see you solved it

Perhaps. I mean, I agree, except.

When on my non-Plus account, and go to my playstation settings -> "Saved Data and Game/App Settings," -> "Upload to Cloud Storage," I get a dialog that says "Subscribe to PS+.
If I go to "Saved Data and Game/App Settings," -> "Download or Delete from Cloud Storage," I get the actual screen that takes you to buy PS+.

So whatever is supposed to happen, I can't actively control the cloud storage on my non-Plus account. That's what is the issue for add-ons.

Either way, the problem was mods.bethesda.net, so ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I remember running into an issue with mods.bethesda.net with both Skyrim and Fallout 4 which was pretty much the same. At the time, I think I was on XB1 and had family sharing on, but my son was the one who decided to play with mods in his saves. That caused quite a bit of confusion because even when I was signed in on my GT, it was using his library on bethesda.net... Eventually got it fixed by creating and linking my own account and then cleaning up, We still have the issue that whatever I enable/disable in the game when I'm logged in is what he sees when he then logs in, and vice versa, even though we have separate XBox GTs and save data partitions. We have separate bethesda.net libraries though, and he's mostly migrated to playing on PC.
