New to PVE Trials, U47 DPS Question

So I started by grinding NullArca for pvp but since the grind a month ago I haven’t even touched pvp! I’ve actually been having a ton of fun in Pve & so far I’ve gotten Ansuuls Perfected, NullArc Perfected & use one of the two with Deadly.
With the changes this patch will Tome/Aerdic/Assassination still be BiS? That’s been my primary subclass but I have been testing a bit with Dawns Wrath as well, massive ticks of Radiant in execute are crazy to see.
