Make it so that overload can be toggled off while weaving again.

This used to be the case, not sure at what point it was changed or broken.
Currently it is not possible to toggle overload off if you are also light attacking. So you have to actively stop weaving to disable.
Think this should be reintroduced/fixed.

    This skill is not good enough (especially after the random and unnecessary Rakkhat nerf) to justify this sort of penalty and cruft.

    I just avoid overload for fear of exploit ban waves. There has been so many issues over the years with it, its just not worth it. I would rather a fresh idea entirely.

    I would suggest something more interesting like make overload a backbar cost per second toggle, but you could still generate ult during it. Then make each skill have an overload version.
    • Your light/heavy attacks get 100% chance to cause concussed
    • fury will execute at a higher percentage
    • Hurricane goes to max size while overloaded
    • lightning splash lets you self synergy
    • Crit surge gets to tick every 0.5s or 0.25s instead (adjust the tooltip accordingly)
    • Streak gets the full stun during overload, otherwise it is only at the final target location. Ball of lighting while overloaded absorbs any amount of projectiles like before.

    IDK you could iron it out more and include the passives if you want. There are plenty of ways to make more unique skill lines instead of generic skills and passives that work on anything.
