Battleground Suggestions to help balance out Teams

I only play 8 vs 8 solo randoms. There has GOT to be a better way to form BG teams. At least half the time they are extremely lopsided. It's no secret that there are players in battlegrounds that ignore objectives and are really good at killing. More often than not this is fairly helpful in winning the match (but not always).

But why are they almost always on the same team?

My last match one team had five players with double digit kills and the other only had one. The team kills were 99 vs 38.

Is there nothing that can be done?

There is already the Future of battlegrounds thread if you want to join in there.

The problem is that zos resets MMR all the time, so you have people like me getting stuck in matches with basically cp160 players. After a game or two it gets real boring going 50/0. At a certain point its almost a waste to run food and poisons.

Then to top it off the MMR doesnt seem to necessarily increase quick enough or be based on actual skill based metrics like KDA. Nor does it appear to be account wide, so with subclassing you see people having to change characters all the time for dumb things like warden charm or because of the 2 skill line restrictions.
