I thought I'd put this in the forums in case someone finds it useful.
I started leveling out 18 alts to max crafting together.
Research took about 1.5 years for all traits with minimal scroll use, so I'd assume using not trait speed scrolls, it would be between 1.5-2 years getting that done if you made sure to keep your characters always researching traits.
Maxing out skill lines:
(Numbers for leveling With the 40% boost from the green CP, and the extra 10% from ESO Plus (orc also has a 10% iirc) You'll need much more of the mats/decon items if you don't have these two buffs )
Provisioning:
1-50/ Pan-fried trout - craft 583
Alchemy:
lvl 1-10/ 15 items
lvl 10-20/ 29 items
lvl 20-30/ 35 items
lvl 30-40/ 43 items
lvl 40-50/ 61 items
(183 x 2 different regents total)
Enchanting:
1-50/ 160 purple armor glyphs- 155
I mass crafted trait items for all my alts to learn. Each alt had 1-2 sets of traits ready to go so I would just log in, update their research, then log out and swap till all of them were fully researching things.
I reallocated any skill points for just crafting and any regular gameplay I used my already maxed out main character.
I used the CraftStore addon to keep track/notify me of alts needing research. (On pc, but easily able to use alt ways if on console if there's not addon for it yet)
I parked all my toons in Leyawiin for easy access to stations/daily writ turn in. I also ran behind the chapel through the graveyard to get to the stables to level up my mounts on all toons as part of this practice too.
