Tri-focus block bug is back?

I was seeing some weird block dropping last night in LC HM and it made me wonder if maybe the tri-focus block bug is back dropping block after weapon swap?

Had zero issues with weapon swaps since the update. That doesn't mean that block won't still randomly drop - there is a desync/lag/comms issue which can cause this.
If you want to see it in action in a more controlled environment. Hold block then cast a channel. The system recognises the last keypress so the channel commmand overwrits the block command - now and then the channel will suddenly drop. That's because the channel is momentarily not recognized as being active, so it reverts to your current keypress, being block, which is then applied and interuppts the channel completely..
