my fourmites, i come to you heavy of heart with a deep concern for the future of all of tamriel. let me explain! i was in a pug dungeon getting my sewer fix in for the daily bonus, in the fairly recent past, when someone posited to the others in the group that i might me a bot? How ridiculous i thought but then after finishing i began to wonder if it might be true, i mean it sure would explain a lot and certainly does fill in all those empty spaces... But i'm unsure how to proceed further on this spirit quest of self discovery of my botty inner nature and if it might be my one true identity after all! SHould i take an mmpi? would neuro-psych testing be helpful? Who's a reputable practitioner who's delt with people confronting such a horrific eventuality? Someone please say something... i'm finding it hard to breathe right now. And i wonder which of you might also be a bot. the possibilities are maddening! well say something...

Most people in this game are bots. You meet random people in the world, you say something friendly to them to pass time, and you almost never get any answer. Even when 20+ people are waiting for a world boss to spawn. So, don't worry - you're just part of the club.
