Did anything change with survey drop rates?

Might be a coincidence but I did the crafting writs on 6 characters and didn't get a single survey...which seems a bit odd... did stackable surveys mess anything up?

I got at least one on every one of my four crafting characters today, and a couple of them got more than one.

will check and get back to you, yesterday i only got 7 out of 20 usually get 17 a day

just done another 20, yeah seems to be nerfed 5 in total, before update i was getting a minimum of 15, unknown writs still ok though 19 today

I've been getting piddly writs for the last year. Hardly get them and when I do they are only, 2-7 per. I haven't spent any of them because of the lack. And gold ones, pffft.

I just run one character a day and usually get one, sometimes not but mostly yes even yesterday.

there's a few other posts that zos has responded to. drops with the surveys and writs got messed up with the patch and they said they would fix it in a future incremental patch. i think it was woodworking and clothing that weren't dropping at all? they were dropping writs instead. for ppl who aren't even maxed in professions, they are getting master writs.

Good with some information on this, I have only gotten one survey since the update, and thought it must be bygged.
I only daily craft on one character, so it's difficult to gather good data to support any conclusions over such a short time.

Woodworking and clothier are bugged and cannot drop. It seems like you get the respective writ instead.
The other surveys seem fine and just as before.

Khajiit has also had less than optimal results 80 dailies done, all on 7 prof master crafters, no clothing or woodworking surveys

7 characters done daily since the update but did patch daily writs before patch, so I've missed one set after patch. Not a single clothier or woodworking survey they are indeed bugged sadly

I have only one toon, so I only do 7 crafting dailies per day. Prior to U47 I used to get one or two survey maps a day. There would be occassional days were I wouldn't get a drop.

After 4 days, 28 crafting dailies, since the update I am yet to get a new survey drop.

The RNG appears to be broken, with certain players getting more RNG than others sometimes.

I've noticed it as well, I do daily writs on 11 toons a day and since the update I have gotten maybe seven surveys? But a crap ton of Master Writs o I'm not totally complaining lol

That’s because (as mentioned above) for two crafts the game is giving you a master writ whenever it rolls for a survey.
