Something is wrong with the tidespite fight

At some portions during this fight you just take massive amounts of damage despite not being near the boss and not standing in any red field for no apparent reason - often when everyone dies without knowing why...??

are you soloing? the coral crabs shoot you at range and maybe more of the adds. It racks up when you're alone with a longer fight if you don't clear them up. Other than that, I haven't noticed anything.

Slow moving wave can almost trap you if you don’t get out of it, while all the things are hitting you at the same time. That’s what usually kills me on that fight if I get stuck in it.

You definitely get hit with a lot of AOE in this fight, even if you're not in the red at all. Even without it being buggy, the encounter is way excessive, but it's definitely buggy.

It’s been a while since I did this boss, but there is a lot going on. There are havolids attacking you from afar, crab waves, a tsunami type wave and some waterspouts. You are often tossed around in the air multiple times. The frame rate usually tanks so it’s hard to see all that happening.

the most damaging thing from this boss is the circular bursts of water that it does (similar to final boss in shipwrights regret)

if i get caught in a series of those it can kill even my tanky characters
