Incursions in Solstice?

Are there supposed to be incursions in Solstice already?

EU here.
We have 3 camps, we have blue bonfires, we have some soulcatchers on the perimeter... but nothing is happening? Is there supposed to be something happening?

That's probably the Writhing Wall stuff. Some was activated early by accident.
