Weird Second Monitor Bug After U47 Install

I see from the user settings file you removed the text we used to turn off the monitor dimming, etc and added it to the menu in game. I forgot to disable this setting after leaving the game this morning and rebooted my system. What I have found is if I leave the monitor dimming turned ON my second monitor will not come up upon reboot. Nvidia sees two monitors and has them labeled as they should be.I had to actually hit the power button to turn on the monitor.
I remembered the setting change per Patch Notes and went into settings and it was set to 5 minutes. I changed this to Disabled and now my second monitor comes up with the system. Why do I always get the weird bugs? Anyway putting this here in case anyone else runs into it.
