[bug?] all the toons using same voice when making glyphs

All my toons using the same voice as my first-created toon in making glyphs despite gender. I am ok with it because it is really funny, but I guess it is a bug anyway?

I don't think it's meant to be the player character's voice at all? I'd always assumed it was some magical utterance from the enchanting table itself because it's, well, enchanted.
