Eldertide Shoulder Style Pages container

I got the Eldertide Shoulder Style Pages from Galen some time ago. A couple of days ago I got the lead again and dug it up.
This gives you a bound container, presumably with all three of the style pages inside.
My question is: what good is this? They're style pages, which means I can't use them since I got them the first time I got the lead and they're account-wide.
If the pages themselves are also bound (likely) I won't even be able to attempt to sell them (selling anything these days seems difficult since they reduced the time to 14 days from 30).
I haven't opened this container since right now it's taking up one inventory space and if I open it, they will take up three.
Does anyone have any experience with this? Is this a bug and you're not supposed to get it more than once?
