With fix I mean, the questline takes a really long time to do because you have to wait SO long for all the necessary dialogue npc's and they also tend to often bug out and then not be available...
You feel really bad for your party if you are the one making everyone wait all the time...
The easiest fix would be to just speed up the time it takes until each npc becomes available to talk to instantly or with a very short delay and not that long as it takes...

It is no doubt a problem when you are in a PUG group.

    The npc dialogues are.
(...) You feel really bad for your party if you are the one making everyone wait all the time...(...)
In all the time I've been playing this game I never saw anyone in the group waiting for the player(s) who has/have the quest. Everyone who has already done the quest just proceeds at normal pace and the one(s) doing the quest just needs to catch up after the long dialogues.

That is fatctually incorrect besides the risk of getting kicked you will get beamed to the boss and due to the dungeon set up cant return to a previous npc which would have bugged out by then if you skipp it anyway

I'm not sure about every dungeon but I know for a fact that some dungeon quests, you can skip those tasks and just rush the bosses and the objective will update automatically.

Only the newer ones not the old old ones
Newer one also only usually have 1npc to talk to at the beginning...

Actually, if you have the quest, you can say it at the start. The majority of people are still pretty decent and will agree to give you the time you need.
I often PUG with people that ask to to the quest, and each time, every members of the group accept.

Most people, if you don't say it, will assume you have to already and proceed normally.

If you tell your group that you're doing the quest when you first start people are generally understanding and don't trigger the auto-phase in until you're done.

yes but as stated this is annoying for anyone involved, they have to wait and you feel bad...and some also dont care... it wouldnt be such an issue if the questline didnt take THAT long... by speeding up how fast the npc's are available you could solve all these issues easily

Same fix needed for Selenes Web and Vollenfell. Quests should auto complete when last boss is killed and count so long as the player got a hit in on the last boss. ...oh, and Darkshade I as well.

Agree, tell them to clear trash tell then done.
My main issue is that I often forgot I had the quests.
Grinding just make you go in circles.
Asking ZoS for nerfs is as stupid as asking for close air support from the death star.

    ...

Wow that's some unusual and rare perspective and point of view when it comes to this forums. Usually those people here that have quest feels like they're the center of the universe and they act really entitled, expecting that everyone will listen to them no matter what(even if it is like 1:3 questers to speedruners). :D I wish more people could see this point of view instead of only thinking about themselves and their needs.
