In all the time I've been playing this game I never saw anyone in the group waiting for the player(s) who has/have the quest. Everyone who has already done the quest just proceeds at normal pace and the one(s) doing the quest just needs to catch up after the long dialogues.Nemesis7884 wrote: »(...) That is fatctually incorrect besides the risk of getting kicked you will get beamed to the boss and due to the dungeon set up cant return to a previous npc which would have bugged out by then if you skipp it anyway

If you tell your group that you're doing the quest when you first start people are generally understanding and don't trigger the auto-phase in until you're done.
Agree, tell them to clear trash tell then done.Actually, if you have the quest, you can say it at the start. The majority of people are still pretty decent and will agree to give you the time you need.
I often PUG with people that ask to to the quest, and each time, every members of the group accept.
Most people, if you don't say it, will assume you have to already and proceed normally.
