Leap-stun unable to break free

Is this a new exploit in cyrodiil?
Me and many of my guild mates are experiencing this "thing".
Some enemy does Ferocious Leap, you get stunned and then cant break free even if you have 100%stamina(16k in my case).
You just stand there interrupting(same as break free) or trying to dodge-roll but nothing happens.
Death recap says you died from Ferocious Leap....
Anyone else except me and my guild mates?

    Yeah, it definitely happens sometimes. I believe what is happenning is, when someone initiates leap on a you, it will keep you locked from doing any actions until all the calculations are done, you dont get stunned but it will not let you take any actions. So you sit there an extra 1 second until everything is registered. It is same as when a DK ressource NPC pulls you with chain, you slowly travel to them, have to wait until the actual animation ends and all calculations are registered to be able to take any actions. Severity is depending on how many actions going on around you at that moment, how busy the server is with calculating everything.

    At the end the server wants to decide if you will get stunned after the effect ends or not, but when its busy, it takes its time to decide, letting you still get damaged in the meantime. Even if you are in cc immunity period at that time, you will still get locked until the server decides that you shouldnt be stunned and let you go. That is at least what it feels like happenning to me.

    Leap is kinda buggy, and players using leap since long time probably can judge if a leap will lock a player more than the intended period, due to the server conditions at that moment/area or other parameters that i dont know exactly, that is why it looks like some players can pull that effect more frequently, looks like an exploit. It is similar to how Undo Skill is functioning, it is so buggy that you have to know when and how to use it for it to function as intended, or sometimes you can turn its bugginess to advantage if you use it under right circumstances. For example when you are attacked by a huge group in a crowded area and you are sure people dont have too many AoE attacks, it makes you untargatable for like up to 15 seconds, you can then just sit there spam shields and heals for the whole duration, while server is searching for where you were 4 seconds ago and trying to place you there.

    And that is called exploit.
    And i cant do anything when this happens to me. No heals, no shields. Even if i have 3-5 vigor buffs, barrier and healing springs in my buffs, i still die after 3/4 seconds...

    There is nothing the player using the skill can do about it, if the problem is explained many times, but still no solution is provided by the developers. Look, how i am explaining how Undo is functioning. How old is Undo? Maybe 6-7 years? This major bug still exists to this day. Players stopped posting about it because nothing was fixed about it. I believe leap was also mentioned many times, everyone knows the problems with that skill, there is no fix in horizon. When i fight against someone with leap, i just try to not get close to them in crowded areas or just keep holding block for a long time, if i think someone will initiate a leap. Leap is really buggy for the receiving players. But there will be no action taken against it or against anyone using that skill. So, you should just look for ways to avoid receiving it somehow, when you know it could lock you longer than intended. This skill will never get fixed in ESO future.

    For example i am using Undo so much, that i can recreate every problematic situation where it bugs and i can exactly tell under what circumstances the problem is arising and this has been also done many times in these forums, but nothing was fixed. They could, as well change its description to something like this: "Will only function as intended 20% of time, when no more than 3 players are in your vicinity. Other times could give you advantage with keeping you untargetable for longer periods of time (who knows how long), or may keep you getting damaged, or may release you but stuck you in a position. Use at your own risk!"

    The definition of exploit is to use something against other players that you know is not supposed to be that way and doesnt work like it should....

    The thing is leap is not working perfectly for the caster, as well. So, some skills in ESO behave just as not expected. You see as receiving end not expected results but the casters also experience some problems with casting leap. It is a buggy skill in general. Players accepted that it will never be ironed out and just learned to adapt to how the skill is functioning like many other buggy skills/gameplay in ESO.

    If leap would bring a huge advantage to the fights you would see everyone using it. Currently it is used by only few builds, especially this patch, considering it is not in a damage skill line. If you create a build with leap you will see that it is actually not a threat for your opponents, mainly because it is blockable when predicted coming.

    Lately all kinds of knockups or knockbacks (like templar javelin) makes it so you can't break free until your character hits the ground. Doesn't matter if you time the break free perfectly, the game won't allow you to break free until the airtime ends.
    Should absolutely be fixed/adjusted, because that airtime you've is a death sentence in the current meta. I wouldn't call it an exploit because the skills has more or less worked like this for years, just getting worse last few months for some strange reasons.

    I've been getting permanently stunned by knockbacks lately. It seems to happen more with lag. I can't perform any action until I die and respawn. It happened about 15 times on Thursday to myself and my group. People seem to realize how to do it because there were groups of players doing nothing but spamming the aedric spear knockback.
