buried treasure problem?

I found the glenumbra buried treasure. I can see where its buried, but Im not able to dig it up. I know Im in the right place because I dug one up in Strol Mkai. Its the dirt mound graphic, but no way to dig. Is it bugged or am I doing something wrong?

Yea I do, and I have looked at it.

Probably bugged. Either try again later, or submit a ticket (I think it's /bug)

try a /reloadui if you have not already as that worked for me when I ran into the issue you are having.

reloadui does not fix world issues, just ui issues. logout and log back in.

/reloadui can fix (some) world issues. I was unable to interact with a Mundus stone (The Lady) until I tried /reloadui, then it worked. Its quick, so doesn't hurt to try.

You have the map with you right? It cannot be in your bank as far as I know.

I have the map with me, tried relogging, and now /reloadui but its still not working. Guess I just have to bug it.

GM might be able to force it to work, or you might have to wait until a server reboot.

actually it can and has. As I said I had the same issue as the OP and that is how I fixed it. Just as it can fix if you are stuck in cinematics
